Keyboard shortcut: When an item is selected in the folder (left) frame of Windows Explorer, CTRL+UPARROW and CTRL+DOWNARROW scrolls the folder frame window up and down (just like moving the scrollbar). The selection doesn’t change. Note that the folder (left) frame must be scrollable (it must have a scrollbar which means it has more items than the frame can display at one time) for this to work.
