The various leaks of the HTC One M9 were true, as today at its Mobile World Congress press conference, HTC officially revealed the HTC One M9.

As had been seen in various videos and leaked photos, there is in fact a two-tone M9, which features gold and silver trims.

While the 4.1 Ultrapixel rear-facing camera had taken good low-light photos on the M7 and M8, HTC finally went with a much higher pixel count with the M9, as the phone uses a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera, while the front-facing camera now gets the Ultrapixel (4MP) lens.

According to HTC , the phone will also sport new Boomsound speakers that feature 5.1 Dolby Surround Audio.

During the press conference, HTC also said that the M9 will sport Sense 7 (on top of Android Lollipop 5.0), which also allows users to customize the look of the interface, as Sense 7 can even change your theme based on a picture you've taken.

Sense 7 will also be available as an update to the HTC M7 and M8 later this year.

The M9 will use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, comes with a MicroSD slot, features 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and has a 2840mAh battery.

HTC says the M9 will be available in mid-March in North American, EMEA and APAC regions in gold, pink, silver and gun-metal colors.

HTC didn't disclose the pricing, but will announce that in the coming days.
