This writer has indeed fallen in love with the LifeFitness treadmills at my health club. They are pretty sturdy, and the LifeSpan one for sale today on Amazon has a capacity of 350 pounds.
One reason I’ve been eyeing a folding treadmill for a corner in my bedroom at home is that the fold-up feature allows for lots of space to not be wasted – and having an extra machine at home alleviates excuses for getting up and getting a good 5K run in on any given day.
