It was reported on March 30, 2013, that pop star Justin Beiber was alleged of spitting on a neighbor in Calabasas, California.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials state that they would recommend charges against him, reports TMZ. Bieber's neighbor registered a police report on Tuesday charging him.
TMZ reported that singer Beiber spitted because of a feud with a neighbor who criticized Bieber for rash driving of his Ferrari through the neighborhood at a time when children were playing and people were strolling.
Sheriff department declared that it will pass on the case to the district attorney. After their review, Beiber may be charged with criminal battery.
The name of the man who registered the complaint with the police has not been revealed by TMZ.
The police department revealed that they have been reported about the teen idol’s erratic behavior that included disregard for the law, rash driving and a lot more.
