It's the first Monday of a new month, and the BlackBerry universe is buzzing with tons of news that begs to be told. Take a look at the hot topics for the day from all the best BlackBerry sites on the web!
Instagram ported from Android to BlackBerry 10
It's the most famous photo sharing social network around, and BlackBerry users have been chomping at the bit to get their own version for way too long. News broke today of a very unofficial and glitchy Android port hitting the internet. You can read about the story, and download the .bar file, over at BlackBerry Empire . Make sure you double check the part that tells you to download at your own risk!
Netflix doesn't plan on BlackBerry 10 app any time soon
AllThingsD reported this morning that Netflix has no interest in creating or porting an app for BlackBerry 10 phones. They're stating that, "the majority of Netflix’s mobile users already subscribe to the company’s service. So its addressable market wouldn't dramatically expand if it were to offer a BlackBerry 10 app."
Win a VIP trip to meet Alicia Keys, plus a Z10
AT&T , Verizon , and T-Mobile are all teaming up with BlackBerry to give fans a chance to fly out to London for some VIP treatment during Alicia Keys' Set The World On Fire Tour. To enter, all you have to do is go to your carrier's entry page (links above) and sign up. Each carrier will choose four lucky winners to fly out to the UK for the concert, plus they will each get a Z10. On top of that, each carrier will give away 200 Z10s each as a second prize. Visit the BlackBerry Keep Moving landing page for more information.
T-Mobile Business launching Z10 on March 11th
One last bit of news from the geniuses over at N4BB is that T-Mobile Business customers will be able to secure a BlackBerry Z10 as early as March 11th. I'd love to hear from any TMO Business customers who are planing on getting the device when it launches. Drop me a comment down below!
