The Nbc News reported on March 17, 2013, that a brawl in a train led to 16 passengers being ejected in New Jersey .
A transit train in New Jersey had to make an unscheduled stop after a serious clash broke out inside one of the cars.
The fight was so severe that authorities had to stop the train and eject as many as 16 passengers from it.
Though the cause of the fight is not yet clear, it broke out minutes after 4 p.m. on Saturday on a northbound train of Bergen/Port Jervis line.
According to NJ Transit Spokesman John Dusro Jr, the fight started 10 minutes after the train departed Secaucus and soon in East Rutherford it made an unscheduled stop where authorities broke up the brawl.
Ultimately, 16 people were asked to leave the train, whereas two were also issued summons for disorderly behaviour.
One person with minor injuries was even treated on the scene. It was after about 20 minutes of the unscheduled stop that the train resumed service.
