Former NFL cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans, Elizabeth Garner, 42, has been charged with aggravated sexual battery charges. TMZ reported on Thursday, March 21 that Garner has been accused of allegedly grabbing a 12-year-old boy's penis.
The former NFL cheerleader has also been charged with solicitation of a minor for rape of a child. Garner is accused of grabbing the boy's penis outside of his pants attempting to perform oral sex on the child.
The celebrity news site reported that the married ex-cheerleader Garner, followed the young boy into a bathroom during a party in February where she attacked the unsuspecting child.
The young victim fled the bathroom, telling his mother about what had happened, who immediately called the police. During the police questioning the boy stated that Elizabeth Garner had asked the 12-year-old if he "had ever been with a woman."
Police reports reveal that the ex-cheerleader, Garner admitted that she had approached the boy after following him into the bathroom, but that she was very drunk and had confused him with an adult man who had also been at the party.
The social networks have started to blow up with angry parents tweeting their thoughts about the former cheerleaders attack on the boy.
Elizabeth Garner was booked on a $30,000 bond, if convicted the ex-cheerleader will face more than 8-years in prison.
