300 gallons of human pee were removed from one Connecticut man's home and sent to a sewage treatment plant according to MSN reports on Tuesday, April 30.
The man identified as 46-year-old Santiago Britt has a lot of explaining to do to the authorities, but to date it is unknown why the man was saving the 300 gallons of human pee, and what he was planning to use it for.
Officials reveal that they were called in a tip that led authorities to search a rundown house on Berkshire Road in Newtown,. Officers found a shocking 300 one-gallon plastic jugs filled with human urine that were located throughout Britt's home.
State and local environmental officials on the case are now considering whether to bring a criminal charge against him, but such an outcome appears unlikely.
Department of Energy and Environmental Protection described the grotesque collection a health hazard condemning and boarding up the dilapidated house.
Reports from the Daily Mail reveal that on average a normal person produces about six cups of urine a day, and the stored 300 plastic gallons of pee found in the Newtown home equals 3,200-4,800 cups.
