The Yahoo! News reported on May 28, 2013, that Singer Chris Brown has denied
accusations of leaving the accident scene last week after providing
incorrect insurance details to the other driver.
Last Tuesday, Chris was involved in an accident when his Range Rover smashed into a Mercedes in LA.
According to TMZ on Monday, though a video shows Chris exchanging information with the driver, he may have withheld information that is required legally to divulge.
Chris allegedly refused to give the woman driver, his license number and he
gave her incorrect information about his insurance.
During his probation if Chris is found violating the terms like providing incorrect details to the driver, he could get upto four years prison.
Sources close to Chris told TMZ that the singer gave the woman correct information about his insurance and even tried to contact her. His lawyer tried to contact the woman but she allegedly hung up the phone.
