Just last week I let you guys know that Samsung had already shipped over 6 million Galaxy S 4 units, and now I'm receiving word that the number has increased to a whopping 10 million sold.

The smart phone was released on April 27, and managed to reach this milestone much quicker than its predecessors. In contrast, the original Galaxy S sold 10 million units in seven months, the S 2 took five months, and the S 3 took 50 days.

As of now, the Galaxy S 4 is available in over 100 countries, with a goal of 155 in all and partnerships with 327 carriers.

In related news, the smart phone manufacturer also announced that the aforementioned best seller would be available in two new colors this summer, Blue Arctic, Purple Mirage, Brown Autumn, and Red Aurora.
