'My Fair Wedding' host David Tutera is divorcing his husband Ryan Jurica after a 10-year marriage, reports the Huffingtonpost on May 2, 2013. The root cause of the trouble is the couple’s unborn children.
Tutera wedded Jurica in Vermont back in the year 2003. They had a lavish wedding. As they are living in California where the gay marriage is not acceptable, they filed for a domestic partnership.
However, the relationship saw an end recently according to the legal documents filed by David Tutera. He seeks an end of their relationship because of differences that can’t be patched up.
The documents filed in the L.A. County Superior Court state that a surrogate is due to give birth to twins for the duo in July.
The 47-year-old Tutera demands full legal and physical custody of the kids and desires to give Ryan visitation. Moreover, he doesn’t want to pay the split charges.
Quoting Jurica, the Huffingtonpost mentions that “Tutera had an "addiction to sex and engaged in a pattern of hiring sex escorts and prostitutes to support his addiction.
After repeated attempts at marriage counseling and therapy, we have been unable to save our relationship due to [David's] addiction to sex."
