The 43-year-old singer Jennifer Lopez looks ultra-glam on the W Magazine’s August 2013 cover, reports OK Magazine on July 15, 2013.
The August 2013 issue of the W magazine is available on newsstands from July 16, 2013.
The Jenny from the block seemed to ditch her old school look for retro apparel in the photo shoot for the magazine.
Lopez told that she was nervous as she visited the residential street in the Bronx. On the way she saw the place where she grew up.
She told the magazine about her house and past. She lived there with her parents and two sisters. She felt nostalgic while talking and laughed sharing her old memories.
Further, she revealed that the last time she was in the house; she saw her parents were separating after 33 years of marriage.
About her relationship with her mother, she said that she didn’t have good terms with her mother. She didn’t want to go to the school and wanted to dance full-time.
She revealed about anti-aging secrets in the interview with the W magazine.
Quoting her on parenting her kids Max and Emme, the W Magazine quoted, “I think a lot about teaching my kids to work hard.
"I’ve learned something about kids—they don’t do what you say; they do what you do. I watched my parents.”
