The Yahoo News reported on July 29, 2013, that Killer bees killed horse s and stung their owners in Pantego, North Texas.
According to Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the couple told that they were exercising with their horses when 30, 000 bees attacked them.
The 44-year-old Kristen Beauregard told that earlier this week, she had seen an increase in the number of bees near their rented home.
She further told that on Wednesday while she was exercising with her horses and beau, the killer bees stung her 200 times and her boyfriend 50 times.
Beauregard reported that two of the horses named Trump and Chip died due to the stings. The bees had stung the horses around thousands of times.
The incident occurred in the backyard and she even plunged into the swimming pool to escape but the bees seemed to be determined on their mission.
Quoting Beauregard, the Yahoo News mentioned, "They were chasing us down, they were following us. We swept up piles and piles of them ... it was like a bad movie. Some 30,000 killer bees killed her horses”.
Beauregard recounts it as a nightmare and shared her sorrow over the death of her horses she saw dying before her eyes. She felt helpless to save them from the bees.
