MetaLab's Flow upgrades to full project management suite

Recognizing the need for project management in collaborative environments, MetaLab has updated their Flow software to function better in team situations. The task management platform, currently for web and iOS devices, allows users to create to-do lists, assign tasks to team members and now can track a project and all its players from start to finish. Users can seamlessly move from the web to iOS, continuing task conversations and assignments with no break in communication. The modern workplace has created a larger demand for on-the-go software for collaborations and project tracking. Flow has adapted well, bringing an intuitive UI design to the user experience and focusing on mobile adaptability. This allows users to focus more on the work at hand, and less on managing the project management software.   • Shared Upcoming: View everyone's due tasks in the new Upcoming calendar view.

  • App Pane: Tasks and day lists appear instantly in the app pane, allowing you to still view and manage task lists on the left.

  • Soft Deletion: If you accidentally delete one (or many) tasks you can instantly recover it or down the line from the Dashboard.

  • Invite-only Lists: You can keep lists private from other workspace members by making them invite-only.

  • List Filter Bar: Quickly filter any task list by list, person, tag, or keyword.

  • Linked Repeating Tasks: Repeating tasks are now linked, letting you view all copies of a relating task in a single list.

  • Workspace Guests: Invite guests to workspaces who are only given access to the lists they're invited to—perfect for temporary teammates.

  • Flow is also 100% compatible with retina displays on any devices equipped with them. Utilizing HTML5, dragging and dropping has been upgraded for even smoother control. Additionally, an upgraded API has delivered faster response times and an infinite scrolling calendar, helpful to anyone managing a project that is taking longer than planned. Flow is a great project management tool that comes into the market with enhanced features at a relatively low cost. Now the challenge for project managers is to get all their charges to actually follow the project plan.
