This Internet Deals Examiner got a delightful surprise when she opened her Amazon Associates account to see that the PlayStation 4 (PS4) consoles have begun shipping from Amazon today, Friday, November 15, 2013 .
Though the consoles on Amazon say "Sign up to be notified when this item becomes available," allowing customers to get the news of when they can begin ordering the PS4 bundles once more, obviously there are customers who got in early and their PlayStation 4 bundles are on the way to their homes.
According to my records, the PlayStation 4 Battlefield 4 Launch Day Bundle shipped for $499.90, and the PlayStation 4 Knack Launch Day Bundle went for $459.98, leaving the PlayStation 4: Launch Edition to go for $399.96 to customers.
The actual date displayed from Amazon of when the information was last updated is November 14, 2013, so some buyers may actually receive their PS4 consoles today, based on their specific shipping options chosen. Just in time to play till their hearts content this weekend.
And a nice little tidy sum of referral fees for us Amazon affiliates who recommend products, with the November income actually making it into our bank accounts (for those who’ve chosen direct deposits) by the end of January 2014, the perfect time to use the income to pay taxes and the like.
In the meantime, the critics are already weighing in about the PS4’s graphics and such, which apparently display games like Call of Duty: Ghosts a lot better than the Xbox One does.
