Next Friday -- Nov. 29 -- is Black Friday. Traditionally, Amazon.com makes the entire week "Black Friday Deals Week," but this year the Internet retailer said it is going far beyond its historical deal surge: In a press release issued on Thursday it said it will release new daily deals as often as every ten minutes during the week.
Savings, the company said, will begin on Nov. 24, or Sunday.
Craig Berman, Vice President, Amazon Global Communications, said:
We are heading into the busiest and most fun time of the year for Amazon, with an astonishing number of deals for customers. Beginning this Sunday, customers can expect to find a new deal every 10 minutes, including electronics, toys, books, movies, tools and much more –- and all these deals can be scooped up from the comfort of home or while on the go through our mobile shopping app.
Amazon.com also released a huge list of deals that it guarantees will appear during the week. The problem, of course, is that customers don't know when they will show up. It's unclear how many people will decide that checking the site via a web browser or mobile app every 10 minutes is worth it.

Typical of these sorts of deals, they will sell out fast.
The company also said it will give those interested in apps -- meaning apps from its Amazon Appstore for Android devices -- will also see great deals. Reportedly, these deals will range from 50 to 90 percent off. It's great for those with Kindle Fires (as those devices have a forked version of Android) as they do not have access to Google's Play Store.
However, for those with a standard Android device -- while they can use the Appstore -- it can also lead to duplicate purchases or apps that have different versions than those in the Play Store.
Again, Black Friday Deals Week begins on Sunday, Nov. 24, at Amazon.com .
