Did the groundhog see his shadow on Groundhog Da y 2014? Punxsutawney Phil will make his big announcement about an early Spring or six more weeks of winter on Twitter on February 2.

This is Punxsutawney Phil's 128th prognostication. If he does not see his shadow, Phil will predict an early spring. If he does see his shadow, six more weeks of winter are in store.


Big crowds are expected to gather in Pennsylvania for the big event.


Despite the 15 degree temperatures predicted by Weather.com , people will still bundle up and come out to Gobbler's Knob hoping to see Phil predict and early spring.
