Great news for Apple fans has surfaced. Apple is reportedly prepping for a 128GB iPad release date. A report posted earlier today at IGN says "Apple may finally be increasing the iPad's overall storage capacity" for the first time since the tablet launched.
A new 128GB iPad would certainly be a hot item, for those who can afford it at least. The current iPad's are 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB models, and many consumers have been hoping for a larger capacity device for some time. If the rumors are true, the new iPad will have the "same specs, features, and design of the 4th generation iPads."
128GB iPad release date has not been ironed out yet, but the gadget will likely come in both Wi-Fi-only model for $799, and cellular models for $929.
Do not get high hopes just yet! The report says "the new model could be limited to government agencies and other enterprise customers or simply [be] a model the company will use internally."
