According to a report on March 26, a Bristol woman by name Carol Sutor found $30,000 in cash in some old clothes of her cousin and returned them to her.
Carol Sutor told the Phillyburbs website. "I had to give it back," "I believe in karma, whatever I do will come back to me, good or bad."
The Enstarz.com quoted Sutor as saying, "My cousin lives in Medford [N.J.]. She has a daughter. The daughter's mother-in law-died.
"So the mother-in-law had all these really good clothes. My cousin calls and asks if I want the clothes for my mother. So I says, sure, drop 'em off."
"So I unwrapped the bag, and there was another bag in another bag in another bag, one of those deals, you know? So I'm thinking maybe what's in here are important papers. So I opened up the last bag, and got a surprise," she said to Phillyburbs.
She said there were envelope covers which contained many $100 bills. Initially, Sutor thought the money was fake for boardgame but later she realized the notes were original.
Sutor found the cash in a bag of old clothes which she received from her cousin.
