Anonymous humiliates Kim Jong Un as they continue their war with North Korea , taking control of the official state Twitter and Flickr accounts, and hacking and defacing North Korean government websites.

On April 3 Anonymous Korea , a cell of hacktivists associated with the notorious and nebulous international collective known as Anonymous, gained control of the Twitter and Flickr accounts of North Korean central news agencies.

As part of the hack and defacements, Anonymous released a number of caricatures mocking the regime, including one depicting Kim Jong Un as a pig.

Previously , in a Pastebin release dated April 2, Anonymous Korea announced they had gained access to local intranets, mail servers and web servers located in North Korea. In addition, the hacktivists claimed to have liberated 15,000 individual user records, including hashed passwords, attached to the North Korean propaganda website Uriminzokkiri. Uriminzokkiri is a website that provides Korean language news and propaganda from North Korea's central news agency.

Earlier this week Anonymous Korea launched successful DDOS (distributed denial of service) attacks on multiple North Korean state websites, only hours after the North Koreans issued an inflammatory statement declaring that they had entered into a "state of war" with South Korea.

Anonymous is calling for leader Kim Jong Un to step down, for a democratic government to be put in place, and for North Korean citizens to get uncensored internet access.
