The TMZ reported on April 11, 2013 that, Scott Hill clothing store has filed a lawsuit against the NBA star Kris Humphries in Beverly Hills.
As per the suit, Humphries got a discount on suits in exchange of delivering high profile clients.
Hill claims that he gave a 30% discount on everything, but Humphries failed to keep his promise.
In the lawsuit, Humphries is sued for $52,000 as he didn’t keep his end of the bargain. Humphries had promised two NBA clients within 12 months for 30% suit discount.
Talking to Hip Hollywood, Hill told that Kris failed to live up to his side of the agreement and they gave him the opportunity to clear things.
Since there’s been a difference of opinion, they chose to take legal remedy. Humphries purchased $46,000 in merchandise from the store and has more than $6000 in unpaid bills as per Hill.
So now Hill wants him to pay up the discount money back and damages from the broken contract.
The lawsuit is another headache for NBA star Kris Humphries, who is already fighting a court battle with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
