It was reported on April 7, 2013, that pornstar Jenna Jameson was arrested for assaulting a person at her birthday party in Newport Beach, California on Saturday night.
The 38-year-old ex-porn actress was reportedly placed under citizen's arrest by the victim until the Police arrived.
The Police charged and released the actress on Sunday. The actress was leave to the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim to celebrate her 39th birthday.
The Police has not yet revealed the name of the victim.
The actress has four-year-old twin boys with martial arts fighter Tito Ortiz. The couple is living together since 2006.
In May last year, the actress was arrested for drunk driving when she crashed her car to a lamp pole.
Jameson has acted in 100s of adult movies and was once called the world's most famous adult-entertainment actress and 'The Queen of Porn'.
