The Dailymail reported that basketball legend Michael Jordan married his Cuban-American model girlfriend Yvette Prieto in Palm Beach in Fla., on April 27, 2013.
The couple exchanged vows at Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in front of a crowd of 2,200.
The newlyweds Jordan, 50, and Prieto, 34, have been living together since 2009 in Kendall, Fla.
People magazine wrote, "About 500 people arriving by tour buses piled into an Episcopal church called Bethesda-by-the Sea, where Donald Trump was married to Melania in 2005.
"Jordan invited another 1,500 to join them for the reception at the Bears Club, a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course community in Jupiter, Fla., where Jordan recently built a 38,000-square-foot home." Watch video.
Last month the couple applied for a marriage certificate in a Palm Beach County courthouse.
This is second marriage for Michael Jordan, he was previously married to Juanita Vanoy.
The former Chicago Bulls player divorced her after 17 years of marriage. According to reports Vanoy received $168 million in settlement.
Jordan has three children with his first wife namely Jeffrey Michael, 24, and Marcus James, 22, and daughter Jasmine, 19.
Prieto was also in a long-term relationship with singer Julio Iglesias, Jr.
