The Christian Post reported on April 15, 2013, that Dennis Rodman was contacted by the FBI after he went to North Korea last month.
The Miami Herald quoted the former Chicago Bulls star as saying, "I have been contacted by the FBI and I met with them. They wanted to know what went on and who's really in charge in North Korea."
Rodman was in the eye of a storm after he travelled to North Korea which is one of the highly restricted countries to travel in the world.
Dennis Rodman filmed a basketball documentary in the troubled country and then said he will be going on vacation with North Korea's dictator, Kim Jong Un, in August 2013.
Rodman also invited criticism for described Kim Jong-un as "honest and proud, and awesome."
Rodman added, "I have been invited back to North Korea in August, and I want to go. I'm not a total idiot. I know what Kim Jong-un is threatening to do regarding his military muscle.
"I hope it doesn't happen because America will take whatever actions to protect America and our allies.
I do think … that we have to talk to people who want to cause us harm so hopefully they won't. I've been talking to folks for years who don't get what I'm about, but that's cool, 'cause once they walk away from me, they like me".
