Xbox 720 information has been revealed, including pricing and release date information according to Monday, April 8 reports from IGN.

Reports reveal that the Xbox 720 system will be revealed on May 21, but it will just be a tease of what is to come for gaming enthusiasts because the system will not be available for sale to the public until November.

The new Xbox 720 prices will range from $500 for a normal model, or $300 for a subscription model.

"The thing that interests me, going back and looking at some of the stuff I got a long time ago, it actually says ‘must be internet-connected to use’ in the notes," he explained, before adding, "And that’s all I have, but it does say that," stated technology blogger Paul Thurrott.

"We have talked for a while about this notion that there might be another version of the Xbox that was just aimed at entertainment—a non-gaming device," he revealed. "That device was code-named ‘Yumo’ and they’re not making it. They may make one in the future, but it’s not happening this year."

Thurrott says we should expect to see the next Xbox for the first time in a late May presentation by Microsoft. More details will follow at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in June.
