Recounting her experience, the woman told LA times that she got hit hard and bitten by the shark suddenly and then it let her go as quickly.
She just immediately took off to the shore yelling for help. As it had happened so fast, she didn’t see the shark coming or leave.
Doctors who examined Cashman said that the shark may have been 20 to 25 feet long.

He was surfing on the water, when a shark grabbed his leg. He had to undergo surgery on his left knee and upper calf.
