On Friday morning, several trustworthy news sites indicated that Apple will release a limited quantity of iPhone 5S devices on September 20. This is allegedly happening because there have been problems producing the fingerprint scanner. However, many people in the tech industry are suspicious about Apple's latest "limited supply" release.

"The iPhone 5S is a make-or-break device for Apple," Los Angeles Industry Analyst Paul Mueller tells us. "They are trying to create a lot of hype by releasing a limited supply, calling the phone "sold out," and showing videos of people in line crying for their iPhone 5S. This is the oldest trick in the book. Apple did the same thing with the iPad 2, but at least that was a legitimately good product," Mueller laughs.

The i Phone 5S not only has a fingerprint scanner, but also has an A7 64 bit processor and a larger battery for significantly better battery life than the iPhone 5. Apple appears to have made another solid product. The problem, however, is that Apple used to lead the smartphone game. Now, they are just one of the guys.
