Even though the product page still reads “In stock on November 15, 2013. Order it now,” for the new Kindle Fire HDX 8.9", HDX Display, Wi-Fi, 16 GB - Includes Special Offers , Amazon sent a press release on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 9:15 a.m. ET indicating that the new devices are already shipping to customers, and those customers are already leaving excellent 5-star reviews for the device.

Amazon’s new 8.9" Kindle Fire HDX--the lightest large-screen tablet is not only now shipping, but the Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" is drawing rave reviews for features like its brand spanking new hardware, Fire OS 3.0 "Mojito" and the 8MP rear camera joining the lightning fast quad-core processor that customers apparently love.

At $379 for the 16GB, $429 currently for the 32GB, and $479 for the 64GB device, the thing has been called “absurdly light” with an awesome screen for watching movies (Prime Instant Video downloads anyone?) and the revolutionary new Mayday button is stealing the show, what with those commercials showing how easily someone can get help from a customer service rep if they are lost on the tech gadget, not knowing what to do.

Reportedly it beat the iPad Air in terms of brightness, so it’s no wonder that Amazon previously put all those other Kindle Fire devices on sale with Amazon promotional codes like ThnksFAA and such to clear out that old stock. In with the new amazing and uplifting Kindles.
