Real Housewives star Teresa Giudice, and her husband Joe, are yet again in trouble.
The reality Television couple ran into controversy when they were accused of furnishing embellished documents and putting forth forged documents to avail of loans estimated at $5 million of over an eight year period.
The duo are now finding themselves further deep into the middle after additional indictment charges have been brought out at the Newark, NJ federal court on top of the 39-count indictment they were previously charged with.
According to Fox News on November 19, the couple who have been together for the past 14 years face charges of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and falsifying information on loan applications.
They are now scheduled to face the court on November 20 for the additional charges. It has been stated that the new charges come from a $361,250 mortgage loan that Teresa Giudice acquired in 2005.
She had then falsely stated that Teresa Giudice was employed as a realtor and that she had a monthly salary of $15,000.
This was done at a time when she wasn’t employed.
